Koji Kamoji - Stencils and Infinity

Five years ago Koji Kamoji made a series of nearly 20 works entitled ¨Stencils and Infinity¨. These works  are an attempt to discuss with the art of the East based on certain experience of Western art. Kamoji believes, that by using stencils, you can find the perfect moments and those moments add up. There is a question of infinity. Using a brush to a certain point limites the discovery of  the perfect moment, because the movement of the brush is irreversible. It can be held only once, the corrections will no longer be possible. By using geometric shapes Kamoji wanted to express infinity....
